DENHAM still ships to the United Kingdom and will cover any additional charges such as import duties and taxes.
We charge a flat fee of £15.00 for all UK deliveries.
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, due to the customs clearance now required, your order may arrive a few days later than usual.
UK returns are possible within 15 days and are free of charge. Please use the return label that comes with your order. If you have misplaced your return label, our Customer Care team will be happy to help you with a new one.
We aim to process your return within 5 to 7 working days once our warehouse has received it. You will receive your refund within 14 days after we have received the package, via the same payment method used for the original order.
If your order includes goods made in China or Europe, it’s possible that U.S. Customs may apply import duties—especially on orders over $800 in value. These duties are determined by U.S. Customs and depend on the product type and origin.
No. Free shipping on U.S. orders over $300 still applies. However, tariffs and import duties are separate from shipping costs and may be collected by the carrier or U.S. Customs upon delivery for qualifying items.
As a company, we are committed to keeping you informed and guiding you through this process. However, please note that our ability to provide detailed advice is limited, as these fees are determined by the U.S. government. Carriers such as FedEx or DHL may contact you directly to collect any applicable duties before or during delivery.

Unfortunately, exchanging items ordered online for a different size, colour etc. is not possible. However, you can return the item and place a new order.
We aim to process your return within 3 to 4 business days after it arrives at our warehouse. You will receive your refund within 10 days of the return being processed, using the same payment method as your original order.
Please note that during promotions and sale periods, delivery and return processing by our carriers may be delayed by one to three days due to reduced capacity.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return or exchange any products purchased online in our physical stores. All items bought online must be returned through our website.
Once you have placed your online order, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then start to process your order. To track the order, sign up to or log in to your DENHAM account. In your order history, you can check the status.
We may cancel part of your order. This happens when we're processing simultaneous orders of the same item(s) and an item runs out of stock. If this happens, you will receive a cancellation email from us. If you are missing an item from your order and did not receive an email, please contact our Customer Care Team for more information.
Unfortunately, for security reasons, no changes can be made to your order once it has been placed.
You can enter your promotional code in your 'Shopping cart’ before placing your order. If your promotional code isn't working, your code may be invalid, was already used, or is not applicable to the product(s) in your cart.
If you are still having trouble using your promotional code, please contact our Customer Care Team, and we will provide you with a new code.
Promotional codes are only valid on full-price items and exclude shipping costs. DENHAM collaborations are also excluded from promotions and discounts. For more information, please check the code's terms and conditions.
Discount codes cannot be applied to orders that have been placed and paid for already.
