3. Attach the return label to the box or use the QR code at the drop-off point.

4. Remove or cover all old barcodes and shipping labels.

5. Drop off the package at your chosen service point and keep the proof of shipment safe.

Unfortunately, exchanging items ordered online for a different size, colour etc. is not possible. However, you can return the item and place a new order.

We aim to process your return within 3 to 4 business days after it arrives at our warehouse. You will receive your refund within 10 days of the return being processed, using the same payment method as your original order.

Please note that during promotions and sale periods, delivery and return processing by our carriers may be delayed by one to three days due to reduced capacity.

No. Free shipping on U.S. orders over $300 still applies. However, tariffs and import duties are separate from shipping costs and may be collected by the carrier or U.S. Customs upon delivery for qualifying items.

We may cancel part of your order. This happens when we're processing simultaneous orders of the same item(s) and an item runs out of stock.
