Please see below for details on our returns policy. We are always happy to assist you with your returns. Contact our Customer Care Team (customerservice@denham.com) with any further questions.

  • Return your order within 15 days after the delivery date. For customers in the Netherlands/US, returns are at your own expense.

  • Return item(s) must be unworn and with the original tags and labels.

  • It is not possible to return online purchases in-store.

  • For more information on your refund, or if you received a faulty/incorrect item please contact our Customer Care team.

Unfortunately, exchanging items ordered online is not possible. However, you can return the item and place a new order.

We aim to process your return within 3 to 4 business days after it arrives at our warehouse. You will receive your refund within 10 days of the return being processed, using the same payment method as your original order.


Please note that during promotions and sale periods, delivery and return processing by our carriers may be delayed by one to three days due to reduced capacity.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return or exchange any products purchased online in our physical stores. All items bought online must be returned through our website.
