For Spring 23, DENHAM collaborates with BLACKHORSE LANE ATELIERS to tell a story of denim design, product longevity and a lifelong pursuit in the art of jean making.


After a successful career as a trained tailor, garment technologist and quality controller, Han Ates set up Blackhorse Lane Ateliers in 2016 as a long-lasting, durable antidote to fast fashion.

The classic denim look

Combining denim know-how with a team of passionate jean makers from Blackhorse Lane Ateliers, DENHAM has cut together a collection of premium quality denim garments, designed in Amsterdam and stitched in London - using unwashed 14oz deep indigo dye Japanese denim from Kaihara and 12 3/4oz organic cotton selvedge denim from Candiani in Italy.
